return policy:

The system being sold has been tested, cleaned, and formatted. The system works as of the time of purchase, however some of the items we sell are pushing 30 years old and things can happen. Please see our return policy if you are experiencing an issue with your used system. 

3 Days No questions asked, We will take your return if:

  • The Serial number matches the receipt given at the time of purchase and all parts that were sold are present.

  • System is in the same condition as sold. 

    • No broken doors, smashed in tops etc..

30 Days Return On Any Item, We will take your return if:

  • The Serial number matches the receipt given at the time of purchase and all parts that were sold are present.

  • System is in the same condition as sold. 

    • No broken doors, smashed in tops etc.

Additionally:

  • There will be a 15% restocking fee associated with a return of a functioning system

    • Example your system is $79.99 the restocking fee would be $11.99

    • Example your system is $299.99 the restocking fee would be $44.99

  • A return will not be given for systems with missing parts or signs of wear and tear not present at the time of sale. 

  • Malfunctioning Systems will be replaced with a functioning system. 

    • Money will be refunded only if we don’t have one to replace the original system. 

On all returns: Important Please Read:

  • Cash payments will be provided in the form of store credit on a store card, no cash may be given from the register, for anytime for any reason. 

  • Used video games have a 7 day return window and NEW PRODUCT is 30 days.

  • Credit Payments will be credited back to the card used at the time of purchase, unfortunately we are not able to process returns to a different card. 

  • Reward points acquired during the initial purchase may be deducted for the purchase amount.

XP loyalty program:

XP points can only be accrued on purchases $20.00 USD or more. Transactions with store credit will not accrue XP points. XP points cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts. All discounts are subject to management approval.
